I had a few questions before booking, and their customer service got back to me really quickly. Super friendly too, and they didn’t make me feel awkward for asking basic stuff.
Everything was explained clearly and kept simple, which made the whole process way easier. just nice dealing with people who actually help.

It took ages to get anywhere, and I kept being sent round in circles. it felt like nobody had even read my message, because I was having to repeat the same thing over and over

Took the ferry at the weekend and yeah, it was busy, but not too bad. We had to hang around a little to get a decent spot outside, but the staff kept everyone moving so it never felt chaotic or anything. Overall it was a nice ride, I’d just say maybe avoid the peak times if you want it a bit quieter

I grabbed a coffee and a sandwich on the ferry and felt a bit stupid for trusting it would be worth the price. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just really average and more expensive than it should’ve been. The staff were nice enough, but next time I’d probably just bring my own snacks...

Got there with zero hassle, the signs were dead clear, and having parking nearby was super handy. it was a nice, easy spot for a day out. No drama at all.

There were crumbs on the tables, a few sticky marks here and there, and the toilets seemed like they could’ve used a better check. It wasn’t terrible or anything... just a bit scruffy in spots. I went on a busy afternoon when I first saw the queue, I thought it was going to take forever. But it actually moved a lot faster than I expected. The only thing I’d say is that the signs near the entrance could be a bit clearer, because it was slightly confusing at first. Overall though, it felt well organised and way less stressful than I thought it would be. I left feeling relieved and genuinely happy with the experience.

Booked it based on the ferry times on the website, but yeah… didn’t really work out like that. We got there early and still ended up waiting for ages, with barely any clear info on what was going on. Once we actually got on, the ferry was fine and the staff were okay too, no real issues there. But if you’ve got plans after, I wouldn’t count on it being reliable. I prob wouldn’t risk it again unless I had loads of extra time to spare.

Overall, it was a nice trip and everything went smoothly. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what you pay, I did expect the seats to be a little more comfortable. They felt fine at first, but after a while they got hard to sit on

I went on the ferry with my mum who uses a wheelchair. The staff were friendly and they did help us get on which I really appreciated but at the start it felt a bit awkward and we weren’t totally sure where we were meant to go. Once we were on the boat it was mostly fine, though it did feel a bit cramped when people were walking around. There was an accessible toilet but it wasn’t the easiest to use. Overall it was a nice ride just think the access info and the setup could be a bit better.

Went on one of the special event cruises i had such a brill time. The staff were all really friendly, boarding was simple enough, and the views over the Mersey at night were just lovely... kind of makes you forget you're still in the city for a bit. Music was good too, nice atmosphere all round. I'd definitely book again when I fancy doing something a bit different...

I booked a ferry trip and was really looking forward to it, but the weather pretty much ruined the whole thing. The updates felt like they came a bit too slowly, so we were mostly just hanging around not knowing what was going on. The staff were fine and seemed to be doing their best, but we spent more time waiting than actually enjoying anything. Weirdly, I still remember this one seagull standing by the dock staring at everyone like it knew the trip was doomed. Bit of a shame overall.

I did enjoy the history shared onboard, and there were definitely some cool details I hadn’t heard before. That said, the whole thing felt rushed, like we barely had time to take it in before moving on. For the price, it was a little ridiculous. Glad I went, but I’m not sure I’d pay that much again.

The seats looked old and worn out, and the loos weren’t very clean either. What made it more confusing was that the email seemed to say one thing, but the actual experience was different, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.

I just got back from my trip the price felt really good for what I got. It’s still fresh in my mind, and I keep thinking it was a solid deal overall.

My first reaction was nope, this just isn’t great with kids at all. I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re bringing children along.
